I wanted the group to be small enough to be intimate to deal with specific issues … and yet allow you to remain as quiet and as private as you wish knowing that you benefit equally from the energy shifts in the space!

Keep in mind that change means “change”, not “expansion or improvement”. If you want to “improve” the quality of your life, you must change the vibration coming from your emotional body. Changing your circumstances does not mean you’re taking life from an experience level 6 to a 7; you’re simply changing how it looks not feels. Yes, the change will definitely suggest relief from what felt like a hard or unwanted situation and you will probably notice a “hopeful” feeling, however, it doesn’t mean you have healed what caused the pain.
