THE DAY THE WORLD CHANGED
and turned me literally “inside out”…
I was born into an English, middle-class family with a mother, father and three siblings. Nothing tragic happened to me, the most unhappy experience was cutting my leg on barbed wire when I was seven!
Even though I had nothing to complain about I suffered deep depression and spent most of my nights awake planning how to end my life. I was extremely sensitive and felt badly equipped to deal with the constantly overwhelming stimulae from the world around me; I preferred being alone as being with people left me exhausted.
At the age of 12 I started “seeking” which started with an interest in astrology. This seeking never stopped. I worked in the corporate job doing what I hated for over 25 years and spent my evenings and weekends seeking a way to feel at peace. Then one day, my life turned on its head.
One day, quite unexpectedly, as I stood in the room I felt something strange happen. I felt I had become the room. I ended where the walls ended. I was aware that everything in the room was somehow me. I was observing myself being split into billions of cells which had formed themselves into these objects and experience. Without any tangible reasoning I just knew that situations in my life were my cells containing emotion and thoughts directly instructed from me. I was completely responsible for every experience I was having.
I was having a surreal experience as I began having a dialogue with a chair that I would not have been comfortable sharing with anyone lest I’m judged a nutcase! I had many more experiences to support this revelation which helped me realise that it doesn’t matter what part of your life you change; a job, a relationship, a business, a jogging route, all my cells are running the same e-motional circuit until I identify and change that energy circuit. In fact, when it comes to dissolving the confusion which is removing the static and resistance in your energy circuits, it’s more down to revelation rather than the hard work of revolution!
